Belt Loop Forms

In the left column of this site are all the forms for the Sport & Academic Belt Loop Program.  As I explained at the parent meeting, this is the first year for this program in our pack.  The links on the left will take you to the appropriate form for each subject.  The first three items on each form are the requirements for the belt loop, you can disregard the rest.  Once the items are completed, parents should initial the form and take it to your den leader for proper credit.  The pack will pay for the first five belt loops anything over and above will be the responsibility of the parent.  We will be happy to pick them up for you when we order our awards for pack meetings. 

Memorial Day Parade

We will meet at Tweedle Park on Monday, May 28 between 8:15-8:30 for the parade.  The parade will start promptly at 9:00.  We will follow the normal route - Tweedle Park to Our Lady of Lourdes and then to Union Cemetery for the ceremonies.  Please call April if you have any questions.

Flags for our Veterans

All Cub Scouts will meet at Union Cemetery in Weatherly on Saturday, May 12th at 8:30 am to place flags for the Veterans.  All Scouts must be in Class A Uniform.  Parents are also asked to help out and bring along pliers and hammers to help straighten out the holders.

Opening Ceremonies for Little League

Saturday is opening day for the Weatherly Little League.  The Boy Scouts of Troop 007 will be conducting the flag ceremony.  All Cub Scouts not playing in the opening day games are asked to be present for this event.  Your Class A uniform is required.

Please plan to arrive between 9:30-9:40 am, Saturday, May 5th.

JAMBO!!

If you have not yet signed up for Jambo, time is running out for the early bird registration fee.  All information regarding this event can be found here on the Minsi Trails Council website.  You do not need to stay for the weekend, you may attend just for Saturday.  This event is only held every two years, so don't miss out!!  It is sure to be a great time for everyone.

End of Year Trip

The annual Cub Scout Pack end of year trip is fast approaching!  The trip is planned for April 14th & 15th with an overnight stay on the USS New Jersey.  If you have signed up for the trip, please remember all persons attending must fill out the Medical Form.  The form can be found to the right under the links.  All adult attending, please include a photo with your form.  This ensures in the event of an emergency, the right medical form is being reviewed with the right person.  Scouts attending will have their photo taken at an upcoming den meeting.  Please contact me with any questions.
